LUNOoOM Care
LUNOoOM Care provides additional hardware service and technical support from LUNOoOM, including coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage every 12 months per Product covered. The benefits provided by this LUNOoOM Care are in addition to your rights under applicable laws, the manufacturer's hardware warranty, and any complimentary technical support.
Coverage begins when you purchase the LUNOoOM Care and continues, unless cancelled, through the date specified in your LUNOoOM Care Confirmation. You can find the price of the LUNOoOM Care on the original sales receipt as provided by LUNOoOM or another seller from whom you’ve purchased your LUNOoOM Product.
During the LUNOoOM Care, if you notify LUNOoOM of a valid claim stating that there is a defect in materials and workmanship in the Covered Product, LUNOoOM will take the following actions:
Repair: LUNOoOM will repair the defect at no charge using new parts or previously used genuine LUNOoOM parts that have undergone testing and meet LUNOoOM's functional requirements.
Replacement: If repair is not feasible, LUNOoOM will exchange the Covered Product with a replacement Product. The replacement Product will be new or composed of new and/or previously used genuine LUNOoOM parts that have passed LUNOoOM's functional requirements. The replacement Product will have at least the same or substantially similar features as the original Product. In the case of an exchange, the original Product becomes the property of LUNOoOM, and the replacement Product becomes your property. The coverage for the replacement Product will be effective for the remaining duration of the LUNOoOM Care.
If, during the LUNOoOM Care, you notify LUNOoOM that the Covered Product has experienced a failure due to accidental damage by an unexpected and unintentional external event (such as hardware issue or liquid contact), LUNOoOM will, subject to the payment of a service fee as described below, provide the following options:
- Repair: LUNOoOM will repair the defect using new parts or previously used genuine LUNOoOM parts that have been tested and meet LUNOoOM's functional requirements.
- Replacement: If repair is not feasible, LUNOoOM will exchange the Covered Product with a replacement product. The replacement product will be new or composed of new and/or previously used genuine LUNOoOM parts that have passed LUNOoOM's functional requirements.
Please note the following:
- A service fee will be applicable for each Service Event, which is each instance where you receive services for LUNOoOM Care.
- You are eligible for two Service Events for your Covered Product while the LUNOoOM Care is active, until the LUNOoOM Care is cancelled or terminated.
- Exclusions may apply as described below.
- Service Events requested and received after the cancellation or termination of the LUNOoOM Care will not be covered.
- Please refer to the terms and conditions for specific details on exclusions and the service fee.
- The following service fees apply for each Service Event:

For Signature collection and Earth collection glass, hardware, or software damage, but no additional damage beyond the glass, hardware or software damage, including but not limited to, dented product body, a bent or crack in the body due to external factors that would prevent LUNOoOM from replacing the glass, hardware or software damage on the Covered Product. Covered Products with additional damage will be charged as LUNOoOM Accidental Damage charges upon inspection.
During the LUNOoOM Care, you will receive priority access to telephone and web-based technical support for your Covered Product ("Technical Support"). This service commences after the complimentary technical support provided by LUNOoOM, which begins on the date of your Covered Product purchase. Technical Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. It covers tasks interpreting system error messages, and determining if hardware service is required or if LUNOoOM Care coverage applies. Please note that certain exclusions apply as described below.
LUNOoOM will not provide Hardware Service or Accidental Damage Service in the following circumstances:
The following instances are not covered by the LUNOoOM Care:
.- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the Covered Product.
- Preventative maintenance services.
- Loss or theft of the Covered Product.
- Damage caused by reckless, abusive, wilful, intentional conduct, or usage of the Covered Product in a manner not intended by LUNOoOM.
- Installation, removal, or disposal of the Covered Product or any Product provided during service.
- Damage to the Covered Product if it has been opened, serviced, modified, installed, or altered by anyone other than LUNOoOM or an authorized representative.
- Pre-existing conditions of the Covered Product if the LUNOoOM Care was purchased after the Covered Product.
- Damage to the Covered Product with an altered, defaced, or removal of parts.
- Damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, or similar external causes.
- Damage caused by hazardous materials, including biological or nuclear substances and allergens.
- Damage caused by civil or foreign war, invasion, rebellion, civil commotion, confiscation, government orders, public authority actions, or customs officials.
- Loss, damage, corruption, inability to access, or manipulation of electronic hardware, software, or components used for storing, processing, accessing, transmitting, or receiving information within the Covered Product, unless explicitly covered by this LUNOoOM Care.
- Loss, damage, corruption, inability to access, or manipulation of electronic data stored within the Covered Product, including unauthorized access, unauthorized use, denial of service, or receipt/transmission of malicious code.
LUNOoOM will not provide Hardware Service or Accidental Damage Service in the following circumstances:

- Loss, damage, corruption, inability to access, or manipulation of electronic data stored within the Covered Product, including unauthorized access, unauthorized use, denial of service, or receipt/transmission of malicious code.
It is important to note that the installation of third-party parts may affect coverage. To receive Hardware or Accidental Damage Services, you must return the entire Covered Product, including all original parts to LUNOoOM. This restriction does not affect your rights under consumer laws.
LUNOoOM will not provide Technical Support Services in the following instances:
- Issues that can be resolved by upgrading the software to the latest version available.
- Your use of a Product that is unrelated to LUNOoOM Software or connectivity issues with the Covered Product.
- Software other than the LUNOoOM Software.
- Damage to or loss of any software or data stored on the Covered Product. Note: The LUNOoOM Care does not cover the recovery or reinstallation of software programs and user data.
- Loss, damage, inability to access, or manipulation of electronic hardware, software, or components used for storing, processing, accessing, transmitting, or receiving information within the Covered Product, unless specifically covered by this LUNOoOM Care. This includes unauthorized access, unauthorized use, or receipt/transmission of malicious code.
To receive service or support under the LUNOoOM Care, you agree to:
- Provide your copy of the original proof of purchase for the LUNOoOM Care.
- Provide information about the issues and causes with the Covered Product.
- Respond to requests for information necessary to diagnose or service the Covered Product.
- Follow the instructions provided by LUNOoOM.
- Update the software on the Covered Product to the latest releases before seeking service.
LUNOoOM will return your Covered Product or provide a replacement that matches its original configuration, subject to applicable updates. As part of hardware service, LUNOoOM may install software updates.
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, LUNOoOM shall not be held responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. This includes, but is not limited to, damages such as loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits (including loss of profits on contracts), loss of money, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss, damage to, compromise or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, regardless of the cause.
LUNOoOM also disclaims any representation that it will be able to repair the LUNOoOM Product under this warranty or replace it without the risk of information loss stored on the product. Additionally, LUNOoOM cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information stored on the LUNOoOM Product.
LUNOoOM may choose to subcontract or assign its obligations to third parties but remains responsible for fulfilling those obligations to you.
LUNOoOM is not liable for any failures or delays in performing under the Plan that are beyond its reasonable control.
This Plan is only offered and valid in India. Individuals who have not reached the age of majority may not purchase this Plan.
As part of monitoring the quality of LUNOoOM's response, LUNOoOM may, at its discretion, record some or all of the calls between you and LUNOoOM.
Any information or data disclosed to LUNOoOM under this LUNOoOM Care is not considered confidential or proprietary. You agree that LUNOoOM may collect and process data on your behalf when providing any service. This may involve transferring your data to affiliated companies in accordance with the LUNOoOM Customer Privacy Policy.
LUNOoOM reserves the right to cancel LUNOoOM Care for fraud or material misrepresentation, in such cases, LUNOoOM will provide written notice of cancellation.
